Healthy Jones
“Many people believe that health can be found in fad diets; magic pills from the GP; intense workouts at the gym; or from articles in glossy magazines. These are common approaches to health and yet they so often don’t work.
Achieving true wellbeing involves all levels of your health: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. This is the holistic approach: looking at the whole rather than individual parts.
Every client has individual circumstances and individual needs. Some need help with nutrition. Others benefit from workshops and courses. Some need a combination. But the overall approach is always simple and natural.”

About Emma
Emma Jones’s interest in natural medicine came about when she became ill in 1994. This was a start of an inspiring journey back to health. She realised that being ill was her body’s way of telling her to change her lifestyle.
Since 1996, Emma has trained and worked in natural health and is now an experienced practitioner of naturopathic medicine.
As well as running healthy jones, Emma helped establish one of the first naturopathic training colleges in Dublin and was the founder of the first naturopathic training college in Wales.
Emma also writes a monthly column about health for two magazines (Aura and Ubizy.) Emma has also appeared on BBC Radio Wales as a natural health expert.
Emma’s aim is to encourage people to become conscious of their daily lifestyle choices and to teach people how to achieve health without fad diets, pharmaceuticals and excessive exercise. She believes the closer we come to nature, the closer we come to true wellbeing.
